First found on my dog's ear one night, upon inspection and removal I found another, and another and another and another... He was covered everywhere they could get through to. We have a fenced yard and little to no situation for him to get them naturally. But there are tons of stray cats around the neighborhood and the neighbors have an "outdoor" dog. This picture is 1 of several we have collected over the last couple days as we've deep cleaned everything. Vet appointment tomorrow.

Tick Safety Tips
- ✓Always do a full-body tick check after spending time outdoors
- ✓Shower within 2 hours of coming inside to wash off unattached ticks
- ✓Put clothes in the dryer on high heat for 10 minutes to kill ticks
- ✓Use EPA-registered repellents containing DEET, picaridin, or IR3535
- ✓If a tick is attached, remove it with fine-tipped tweezers — pull straight up with steady pressure
- ✓Monitor for symptoms (rash, fever, joint pain) for 30 days after a bite
